The Code of Conduct Survey isn't open yet. Would like to release it at the conference in October. Plan is to leave it open until early 2020. Voted is to approve the survey and release before IslandoraCon 2019. Melissa is going to take the survey to the rest of the members for a vote.

Islandora/Fedora Camp - how to handle discounts?

Fedora Migrations Path report How to handle discounts moving forwards for camps and conferences for members?
Lyrasis does it differently for members than the standard discounts from the IF to Islandora members. Need to arrange a compromise for the joint event. There are multiple tiers of discounts based on the different tiers of memberships within each community. A suggestion on the conference/camp registration page to contact Mellissa directly to have their membership discount(s) applied. Some further discussions will be made to iron out the details and the group will continue to discuss this.
Fedora migrations Path - David Wilcox This has been a year long grant and Islandora has had a lot of influence in this work, Mark Jordon was on the Advisory board. There are several sections to the report. To identify the primary barriers to migrate Fedora for an institutions; did a profile, survey, environmental scan and a focus group survey. From Fedora 3 to 4 was such a heavy lift, people wanted to evaluate their options before migrating to a newer version. We will start work with pilot institutions on creating support for migrations into Fedora 6. Efforts will be focussing on help people to work through the metadata migration pathways, recommendations and community involvement. Islandora metadata Interest group is interested in working together on related efforts.
- Metadata IG (Rosie) Working on documentation to help people making decisions on the pathways for mapping. Looking into making reliable tools, still struggling with OpenRefine though JSON sometimes seems to work more reliably than XML.
- IR interest group (Don) Vote is going out on possibly changing the time of day for the call.
- ISLE Interest Group (Martha or Gavin) No one to report.
- Multi-tenancy Interest Group (Brandon) Not much is new, once document list of requirements & ratings is ready they will share with the development group to help guide new efforts.
Still pulling together paged content sprint summary. A book is built off a iiif manifest. Maridor PR if you want to experiment with a different PRs. An ordered collections and a book are basically the same except the tags, ultimately rendering a different view. First performance bug for RAW GB video files was reported. Found a solution and worked it out. Breadcrumbs are missing and caching for page order are known bugs. Danny showed a Demo of a book. Fits and Versioning is still coming. Danny has been working close Don Richards on testing a real world migration test. Don has a few PRs recently merged that are related to the migration process.
