Draft responsibilities document * David to review Draft Responsibilities Document as it relates to DGI's experience with past releases

- Pulling "IP Embargo" module due to known issue conflicts with how other modules use hooks
- Islandora Sync: noted that there is not broad use/testing in the community, missing tests, not in Travis; to be included marked as "Beta"
- Metadata Module: Needs to go through the acceptance-into-foundation process (Jordan will offer individually); up to coding standards, in Travis
- WARC: Code review underway by Jordan; should be ready for the next release
- BagIt: Needs to go through the acceptance-into-foundation process (Nick to shepherd)
- XML Sitemap: Needs to go through acceptance-into-foundation process (Donald to shepherd); issues to be resolved prior to inclusion in a release
- Islandora Scholar: Needs to go through acceptance-into-foundation process; no known issues, up to coding standards, in Travis

README normalization
- Desire talked about in IRC to normalize the README style for the next release to the Drupal style plus "build status" and "license". Prototypical example is the WARC Module readme. Nick to volunteer going through the 7.x-1.3 release modules.

Mark Jordan's Checksum Checker
- Voted in last meeting. Nick was to review code.
- New update: fork done, listed on website, now the third officially accepted module

- Paul was to review code (LSAP step 3), now completed
- Contributor License Agreements check out

Drupal 6 Islandora - End of life
- Draft statement to review
- Over the next few committer calls Melissa will blitz through the Islandora 6 tickets (about 14) to close or hotfix
- Announcement to be made next week

Windows support
- Message given to the community. Will be added to the documentation on the DuraSpace wiki. No negative feedback so far. Working through code review on the submission.

- UK: First registrations, first submission of talk ideas
- GTA: No change
- Colorado: Strong possibility in October, possibly with a library school

- Noted that the agendas and minutes are openly posted and feedback is solicited on the list.
