Islandora Camp updates
-
Roundtable
-
Jennifer: UConn is building up an administrative back-end for multisite front-end for their consortium, and gathering partners every day. Around 20 so far.
-
David: Lots of Islandora related stuff in the Fedora 4 area. Working on a training curriculum for Fedora 4 (sent a note to the listserv with proposed topics). 2 or 3 day camp-style event.
-
Donald: UPEI is trying to implement SFU's research data management modules. Built a drupal-based data planning tool. Working with partners in CAIRN and interested in UConn's model of dealing with admin backend for a consortium multisite.
-
Melissa: Islandora Foundation is welcoming new Partners LYRASIS, McMaster University, and University of Manitoba, due in large part to support for the Fedora 4 integration project.
-
Nick: updated YUDL twitter bot to use twitter cards.
-
Nigel: dgi is adding pdf-based ingest to the Book SP. Much easier than splitting up pdfs and uploading with batch importer.
-
