Islandora Labs Maintainer Workflow

- User: Anyone who uses Islandora whether or not they participate in the community directly.
- Contributor: Anyone who contributes in any form to Islandora (code, documentation, posts on the lists, etc).
- Maintainer: Defined below.
- Community: All of the above.
- Maintainers
- Those who are responsible for responding to issues and pull requests made by contributors ad other maintainers against an Islandora-Labs repository in Github.
- Ideally, there will be at least two Maintainers per repository.
- Should be a Watcher on their repositories and subscribed to the Islandora user and developer listservs.
- Welcome new contributors, and ask people who are contributing without a CLA to sign a CLA. And point them to contributing.md, if needed.
- Maintainers must specify in their own contributing.md file the workflow that they prescribe for contributing to the repository.
- Maintainers must provide a pull request template in Github for their repository
