2 new recipes for campaigns and campaign members (seemed very feasible to do in limited time)

- one focused on SFDC and other on NPSP use cases

Actually using issues to delegate work
First time showing up at an international sprint (not in AMER timezone)
Need to figure out how to improve CCI onboarding for admins
