Survey Update

Cassie gave an overview of the responses so far. There was agreement that we should let it run a bit more and reach out to some active User Groups to try to get more feedback. The responses showed some tools we expected, and a few no one present was familiar with. We are excited to take an initial look at those as we start to plan documentation.

Sprint Preparation

The next Virtual Sprint is September 24-25. Registration is not yet open, but we need to start to think about what could be accomplished. The new structure has increased the size of the sprints and means they now include a wider selection of roles on the platform. In particular there is a hope that more developers may participate for at least part of the time.

As a starting point Aaron agreed to create and circulate some ideas about some ways we can structure the work during those days, and some ideas for how we might use some time during a mini-sprint. Any plans will need to be flexible due to the lightly structured nature of Sprints.

Aaron and Samantha also agreed to work on revising the project ReadMe to be more clear for potential attendees.
