Mini Sprint Notes March 2022

March 3, 2022 was the first mini sprint for this project and we worked on the following:

Accomplishments:

Develop new Snowfakery recipes per use cases outlined here

• brainstormed options for indexing Snowfakery recipes, to make it easier for you to find a recipe closest to your goal
• fundraising use cases - developed recipes for Corporate Gifts and Major Donors
• had PRs from two new contributors
• Explored updates to our CCI command syntax to make running recipes a bit shorter/easier

Document existing tools for generating fake datasets and moving them between Salesforce environments.

• Reviewed the list of current tools and decided on two tools to research, test, & document
• Created summaries of the Data Generator App and the SFDX Data Move Plugin
• Created a new folder in Docs for organizing tool summaries moving foward

Next Steps:

• Plan Snowfakery beginners training (tentatively April 2022)
• Continue the conversation on Recipes Index
• Review Pull Requests
• Keep the work moving forward!
