##General Terminology

  • Value: A value which each minion has which represents its attack plus its current health. This can later be expanded to include effects (which will add or subtract points for value).
  • Opposite space/tile: The opposing space in a lane.

#Combat Terminology

  • Free Kill: AKA case 1. For a minion to kill another minion and survive in the process. (combat only kills defending minion.)
  • Trade: AKA case 2. For a minion to kill another minion but die in the process (i.e. combat kills both minions simultaneously)
  • Stalemate: AKA case 3. For a minion to attack another minion, but have both minions survive the attack. (combat kills neither minion).
  • Lethal damage: Damage (which can include damage implied by a minion with an empty opposite space) which will kill the opposing player.
