Pyoperant and Results Bill's short version

Julie's instructions for running pyoperant are here.

Typing "pecking_test run {int}" into a terminal runs an instance of the pyoperant pecking test on box {int}. We normally use Box 2,3,5, and 6. Assuming 2: It calls Box2.yaml (in /home/fet/configs). The yaml file sets up where the rewarded, unrewarded, and probe directories are (/home/fet/stimuli/{string}), and what the probability of drawing from one is, along with some other nobs you can turn, as well as the bird's name. These folders are actually simlinks pointing to "/home/fet/drive/Pecking_test/". Both these folders are constantly synced on the lab's google drive here.

The logs are stored in /home/fet/data/{birds name}/{date} /data/Box2 links to the above folder, so is a quick way to find the current day's data. These are all of course actually stored in /home/fet/drive so that they are synced on the lab's google drive

"pecking_test data" returns some statistics on whatever data was gathered that day. Frederic told me it doesn't take into account multiple pecks.
