Bare bones of story conception:

Scene one- intro music It's a "happy" oasis. People are merily living in the island called Atlantis

Scene two

Cut one - Zeus transforms into a merman and seduces Amphitrite, poseidons wife.

Cut two - Poseidon gets angry. Island gives refuge to Zeus and Amphitrite

Cut three - Poseidon decides to unleash his wrath on Atlantis

Cut four - now it is upto you to save Atlantis!

Scene three-

Cut one - there is a siege on Atlantis orchestrated by poseidon - enemies are approaching Atlantis.

Cut two - (giant lightning rep zeus) Zeus' lightning slaughters the incoming army to buy Atlantis time.

Cut three - now its upto you to build resources, your own army and save Atlantis!

Cut 4 - (ideally for instructions, like a tutorial) (to be decided)
