h2. Minutes
- Mayeul d'Avezac will be the research software engineer initially assigned to the project. This may change during the duration of the project.
- We don't have a start date yet. We will have to wait for Research Services to finalise the contract.
- We will use HemeLB processes and infrastructure (ticketing, version control, continuous integration, etc.)
- Mayeul to be present at HemeLB sprint planning/review meetings and Timm to join on Skype.
- We will consider migrating one or more of the previous infrastructure components to UCL centralised systems if deemed advantageous.
- Code review (CR) tasks will be shared amongst HemeLB team (defined to include core developers plus Timm and Ulf). Miguel will assigned CR to individuals according to expertise.
- Mayeul will hot desk at the CCS 2 days a week (desk availability permitting).
- Timm to come down to London 2/3 during the duration of the project.
- Code documentation to be generated:
- Document describing execution.
- Doxygen for newly written code.
- Two reports: 6 month and end of project (MA to lead with input from others).
- Tests to be generated:
- Regression for code that gets copied over.
- Unit tests for newly developed classes.
- Performance regression will be investigated during the duration of the project.
- Dissemination workshops wasn't funded by ARCHER. Consider organising it with funding sourced from: UKCOMES, Software Sustainability Institute, etc.
