• 1pm - Welcome and coffee.

• 1:30pm - Review time spent working on the grant and figure out where we are in terms of person-months spent rather than calendar months.

• 2pm - Review of work since last meeting. Tasks 5-8: design choices, code developed, problems encountered, etc.

• 4pm - Take a look at preliminary simulations following ticket #689.

• 5pm - Meeting finishes for the day

• 6pm - Pub/dinner (tentative venue: The Pear Tree on West Nicolson Street)

• 9am - Welcome and coffee.

• 9:30am - Discuss technical details for work to be carried out during Q4: tasks 8-12 and remaining tasks from Q3.

  • Start with discussion on parallel communication design with Mayeul and Rupert.

• 12:30pm - Lunch.

• 1:30pm - Discuss publication plan:

  • Results to be included in ICCB 2015 poster.
  • Journal paper: Choose journal and timeline. Discuss content, authorship, and who’s going to lead the writing.

• 2:30pm - Discuss follow-up grants: identify funding opportunities, project partners, timeline, and who’s going to lead proposal writing.

• 4pm - Meeting finishes.
