An underwater torch is a non-solid block that emits light underwater.
Underwater Torches can be mined and collected instantly
Underwater Torches can be crafted from a glow ink sac and Iron Ingot.
An Underwater Torch can be placed on top or on the sides of most solid blocks, exactly like a normal torch. Unlike normal torches, Underwater torches can be placed and operate underwater.
Underwater Torches emit a light level of 14⁽¹⁾.
