2. Breadboard setup Base
I soldered my original Rodriguez circuit to the pin headers of an Arduino Nano. That's not the simplest solution for all users.
I have drawn up a set of solderless breadboard wiring plans for those who would like to try out Rodriguez without soldering.
This diagram is the basis of any measurement made with Rodriguez.
The off-white "flags" in the lower area are labels indicating which Arduino pin to connect the wire to.
Note that there are two very short bridges (a blue one and a green one) connected to the same rows as the capacitors. These are important - make sure you install them.
Use the shortest wires possible when assembling the circuit. Rodriguez is measuring millivolts and microamperes - long wires will pick up noise from the environment and distort the readings.
Refer to the schematic (below) for the values of the components. The resistors in the wiring diagram are marked with the proper color codes, but may be difficult to read.
