Admin
It is the responsibility of the admin to help keep CIRN’s GitHub organized. The admin will be in charge of much of the “housekeeping”. This includes defining code owners for repositories, creating teams, and archiving dead repos. It’s up to their discretion to change a member’s role in the organization. For example, if someone actively uses toolboxes but doesn’t contribute to the code, their role can be set to read-only. It’s also up to the admin to help make sure that outstanding issues get solved. Sometimes issues in GitHub can languish if there is confusion in who should be working on an issue. Admin can help facilitate this process by suggesting new ideas, asking the community for ideas, and/or suggesting certain groups tackle languishing issues.
