Keyboard Shortcuts
There are multiple features that can be accessed with keystroke combinations in-game.
The usage of keyboard shortcuts is limited to specific features in Memoria for portability reasons: in some settings, the same keystroke combinations are used by other programs in the background, which prevents the shortcut to be processed by Memoria (for example, the shortcut Alt+F1
is used by GeForce Experience to take a screenshot).
Also, this kind of shortcut is not convenient when playing with a controller.
These keyboard shortcut activate or deactivate cheat codes.
They exist in the base game.
However, due to their relative simplicity, Memoria can completly disable them depending on the Memoria.ini
options in the section [Cheats]
to avoid using them unwillingly.

Using this code opens control panels from which interface options can be configured. In the current state, it only works in battles for configuring the battle interface. The configuration itself has to be made using the mouse.
Pressing Alt+F1
closes the control panel and saves the changes in Memoria.ini
.
Using this code on the field or in the world map opens the party menu, which is a menu that is normally only accessible at specific points in the game.
Close the game after confirmation. This keyboard shortcut already exists in the base game.
Using this code on the field or in the world map allows you to save anywhere, which can normally only be done with the "Auto-save" feature. Be careful, because saving in some situations can trigger soft-locks when loading the save afterwards, as the game was not meant to allow saves from anywhere. In general, it is better to not save directly after a cutscene using this feature.

Enable the rapid encounter mode: random encounters are much more frequent while this option is activated.
Pressing Shift+F4
again deactivates it.
Toggle between widescreen and the soft narrow screen modes. It somehow has a lesser effect when toggling this option in-game compared to the widescreen option set in the launcher.
Start the sound debug mode.
Open the Memoria configuration menu (deprecated).
Open the game to the client listener.
