This action uses BUSCO (Benchmarking Universal Single-Copy Ortholog assessment tool) to assess the quality of assembled MAGs and generates visualizations summarizing the results.

): MAGs to be analyzed. -
busco-db
(ReferenceDB[BUSCO]
): BUSCO database. This input is optional. If provided BUSCO will run in offline mode. If not provided the required BUSCO database will be downloaded.
