Third-party deployment and data-loading: status update
- Progress on issue #38
- STATUS: Deepika should be finished with site setup in 1 or 2 days. Then she will begin data-loading process. She's using master branch right now, but will switch to the branch that has the latest ETL documentation when it's time for that step (soon that branch will be merged into master anyway, so this cross-branch step is okay as a temporary measure).
