Fixes for new inputs

Panama results broke many things. Fixes here.

Here is the path to the aligned DEM median composite: *_aligned2wv_med_mos.tif and here is the path to *_aligned2wv_wt_avg_mos.tif masked version of WV was used as reference.

This directory is standard WV stereo: WV02_20240506_10300100FB306000_10300100FB53F000

I am following the structure that each directory has the images and camera models, and the output dem_orthoresm where res defines the res at which ortho images are gridded, this folder has the DEM and error maps before and after alignment, and a hole-filled DEM for downstream orthorectification purposes.
all the products which have been produced for DeepDEM are having this structure. Let's sort this out after AGU before we run the PCD processing in January
