DeepSeqPan

This the corresponding repository of paper DeepSeqPan, a novel deep convolutional neural network model for pan-specific class I HLA-peptide binding affinity prediction published on Nature Scientific Report 2019.

This work is completed at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of South Carolina.
