CLARIN DSpace Workshop 2016 Results

Overview

The following tasks have been successfully implemented for the development phase of the CLARIN DSpace wokshop.

Better integration with other services	623	2 weeks	Implemented by LINDAT/CLARIN, several REST API bugs have been fixed (e.g., 752, 747, 674, 613, 614), that are used in integrations and pyclarindspace package (https://github.com/ufal/pyclarindspace) was created that can be used for full automated access to public resources (see https://github.com/ufal/pyclarindspace/tree/master/notebook-examples). Improved other service integration with clarin-dspace (749, 663).
Annual Reports	621	2 weeks	Implemented by LINDAT/CLARIN in https://github.com/ufal/lindat_piwik_reports, integrated with clarin-dspace in a PR open for several weeks, used already on staging.
Authorisation via federated login	627	1 weeks	Implemented by LINDAT/CLARIN, merged, used in production.
At least basic data analysis and preview	205	4 days	Implemented by LINDAT/CLARIN, fixed the preview behavior (698, 701), merged into production. pyclarindspace package (https://github.com/ufal/pyclarindspace) can be used to do data preview and analyses, (see https://github.com/ufal/pyclarindspace/blob/master/notebook-examples/basic_1_simple_data_get.ipynb).
