Collections
A group of products that can be chosen manually or automatically. Usually a theme will have a page for collections that print out all products that belong to it.

Here you can manually add products to the collection, but most likely you'll use the automatic feature eg. create a collection of "Shoes" where product type is equal to "Shoes". This will generate a collection based on the conditions and add any new products with the same conditions.
Page title, meta description, and page url get generated automagically from what you entered above. You can update this here if you don't want the default
Choose the sales channels this collection belongs to. You most likely will not need to change this
The image associated with this collection. This may or may not be used depending on the theme
Some themes have different layouts for a product page, you can select which one to use here
From the shopify admin, click on Products then Collections and then Create collection
Fill in all relevant fields (See above)
