Game

The card :
Single player game versus PC with some animation that react to payer to attract him.

Conversations :
I want tic-tac-toe game versus computer, also after any X or O is checked by player i want to change surroundings somehow.
I want to be able present asap. develop fast but shipable .

Confirmations :

1. I start main page/or refresh old one, this will initialise fresh new game.
   
2. There are star images surrounding game, spinning.
   
3. Player starts first with O symbol.
   
4. After any "O" is placed, game responds with "X" , and color of surrounding stars is randomly changed.
   
5. When any side gets 3 neighbor symbols, game stops with line animation cross symbols.
