Description

This PR addresses following GH-related setup:

  • adds new 'Technical Improvement' issue type to cover non-functional enhancements
  • updates the build pipeline to be ran on main and release branches post-merge
  • updates standing components enumeration to also contain extension
    • ℹ️ NOTE: the manual upgrades should be switched to automated generation in future improvement

Testing

No testing required.
