Releasing Pets-Upon a Shelter releasing a pet, an email should be sent to the Advocate saying that the Shelter has released the case. ("A shelter has released your Safe Haven Referral case. If you believe this was in error, please contact [ link to email box with [email protected] pre-filled as recipient] The Safe Haven Network immediately.")

Releasing Pets-Pets Not Admitted-Selecting this option should return the pets to the "Pets in Need" table visible to all registered shelter users and remove the Shelters from the "Current Shelter" field on the pet's file on the Advocate portal.

PRIORITY-Shelter Portal-When a shelter user clicks the "Accept Pets" button, an automatic email should be sent to the Advocate who submitted the application saying that a shelter has accepted the referral. ("A shelter has accepted your Safe Haven Referral Application! Please login to the dashboard (Link) To view the details for this shelter and contact them immediately to arrange your client's pets addition to their program."). Pleaes ensure that email is being sent. bug show stopper

Shelter Portal-Redesign this page to look more like the Client Summary File on the Advocate portal, but with the Client's contact info replaced with the Advocate's contact info.

Review Prospective Applications-This brings up a page with Pet Information box/es - if more than 1 pet, clicking the pencil icon should take the Shelter user to a summary page similar to that on the Advocate Dashboard. This page will show the client info (w/o any contact info for the client and replace client name with ID), and a pet info box for each pet. Each Pet info box will have a link in the right corner that says "More info". By clicking this link, Shelter user can review the Full Pet Application for that pet.

Review Prospective Applications-This brings up a page with Pet Information box/es - if only 1 pet, clicking the pencil icon should take the shelter user directly to the full application (including pet and client info, but without any contact info for the client and replace client name with ID)

Advocate Portal-Completing Client Application-There does not appear to be a way to edit pet dtails on the Application Review page before submitting the application - please make sure there is a link to review and edit the pet information.

Advocate Portal-something is happening to client applications when they move to the "Current Clients" box - the Client's name get removed from the application and displays as blank, and a result, the file cannot be opened. Please fix to ensure that all client information transfers to "Current clients" and that client file can be opened from "Current Clients"
