Phase1: Embedded connector node coexists with the original connector
In this phase, we will migrate connector RPC to the Embedded one step by step, so that we can review it easier and don't need to migrate it in one version.

Phase2: Embedded connector node only

Clean up:

• Remove java_binding crate
• Disable the connector node and clean up existing codes related to it. remove connector node from risedev #12807 chore(docker): connector node no-build-rust for docker #12804
• include connector-node's jar and dependency libs in the release package #13089
• Remove connector service from ci tests chore(ci): remove connector start service from ci #13112
• Remove connector service from the playground chore(playground): remove connector service from playground #13114
