Setup Accounts

You will first need to create an account before you can use the Mapper. To do so, first contact your Ministry Mapper team for the web address to your locally-hosted Ministry Mapper and access the site.

Once you are inside the website, select the “Create Account” button at the top-right corner (Fig. 1). A form will be displayed for you to fill in.

In the form, key in your desired username, email address, and password. For your password, please take note:

• Your password needs to have at least six characters.
• Your password contains at least one number.
• Your password contains at least one capital letter.

Please key in the same password again in the “Confirm Password” section to ensure that your password is not mistyped the first time.

If all of the above criteria are met, the checklist at the bottom of the form should all have green ticks (Fig. 2). If you notice any red crosses, kindly correct the error stated beside each cross.

Select the “Create” button once all the criteria are met. You will receive a notification telling you to verify your email (Fig. 3).

Please login to the email account that you registered with in the form. You will find the email message from us to verify your account.

Select the link provided in the message to verify your email. If successful, the link will display a web page informing you that your email has been verified.

It will take the Ministry Mapper team some time to confirm your identity. Based on your role, you may either be assigned as an Administrator or a Conductor. Thereafter, we will provide a link to the Ministry Mapper belonging to your congregation. You may then proceed to login to the account you have created using the provided link.

Setup Congregation

This feature is currently unavailable. Please kindly inform your Ministry Mapper team if you wish to set up a Mapper for your congregation.

Setup Access Privileges

This feature is currently unavailable. Please kindly inform your Ministry Mapper team if you wish to modify access privileges of your own account.

Create Congregation Details

This feature is currently unavailable. Please kindly inform your Ministry Mapper team if you wish to modify the name of your congregation, or the congregation code of your Ministry Mapper.
