MM is a cloud platform that helps congregations to manage and assign territories to the publishers. MM does this by digitising the entire territory process.
MM evolved out of a pet project that the MM team began in 2022. In 2023, MM continued to evolve and mature, and a number of congregations are starting to adopt it.
MM is designed to do the following:
- Help territory servants to manage congregation territories.
- Help field service conductor to assign territory slips to publishers.
- Enable near real-time collaboration between publishers.
Removes the use of paper slips which tends to go missing or damaged when returned to the conductors.
Prevents overlapping of work when territories are shared among different publishers.
Removes the tediousness of monitoring every new changes to the territory.
MM does this by:
- Taking advantage of real-time database technologies to allow real-time updates to each publishers territory slip.
- Using cloud asynchronous functions to automate the clean up of territory slips at the end of each field service day.
- Leveraging on Google's cloud infrastructure to ensure stability and scalability.
