  • update oCIS to 2.0.0-rc.1
  • depreciate Kubernetes 1.22 (EOL since 2022-10-28)

The TLS_INSECURE stuff shouldn't be needed anymore. TLS is for notifications is now switched off by default. I removed that commit.
