Is the importer_additionalcountryinfo table also related and could be removed?

@sophiamersmann I'm not sure about the importer_additionalcountryinfo and since it doesn't have an automatic createdAt column it's not trivial to find out when it was last used. Since the importer repo is not full deprecated yet I would not quite yet remove it
