The Projects Team Lead position is responsible for keeping tabs on the community's project portfolio. some of these responsibilities may be delegated to our lovely volunteers to handle things like Tech Mentors to help out at hack nights, or Subject Matter Experts to be on call for specific issues, and Project Leads to drive particular projects forward. Before becoming the Project Team lead, it's best to start in one of these roles to get a feeling for the commitment. In onboarding new members to either position, invite them first to sign up on the volunteer signup sheet for an event as the Tech Mentor.
