Imports an existing Freesurfer segmentation Project

• Freesurfer

• C drive mounting path if used on Windows with WSL

Inputs and Outputs

• Outputs: SegmentationPathIdentifier - Identifier for later components requiring data from the Segmentation

Settings

SegmentationPathIdentifier

Name for the PathInformation data output. Default: SegmentationPath

InputFilepath

An optional input specifying a path to a folder in which the input file(s) to be loaded can be found. If this is empty (default) a file load dialog will be used.

Default: empty

XML Example

Generates the 3D Model for the MRI and loads the Destrieux Atlas annotation. For more information about Freesurfer atlases check out the Freesurfer documentation here.
