Time Frames
When club transition happens (usually late spring or early fall), you'll get a lot of requests for access to ClubDash and/or Club Websites. Try and fill these as quickly as you can.
Every spring Student Activities will use Ticket Service for selling spring concert tickets. Be on standby for anything to go wrong.
Each semester there is a club leadership conference where you, the CFO, and the VP of Club Affairs come together to talk to club leaders about what they need to do to manage there club. As CIO you'll want to provide them with resources to update their website, get access to ClubDash, and help them with Club Emails. There is one in the fall and the late spring for clubs.
Club allocations (or reallocations) are every semester. The CFO (if they are admin in ClubDash) will go into ClubDash settings and turn on allocations. You'll want to be ready for anything to go wrong as well.
Student Life will request some information from ClubDash every semester. See Reports.

Make a board report for the Student Body President and Vice President. It usually will include what you and your board did that week, who you talked to, and then what you plan to do in the following week.
There's an SGA meeting every Wednesday at 11am. You'll need to attend and talk about what you've done over the past week and what you'll do in the coming week.
You are required to hold four office hours per week. You can delegate two of these hours to your deputy. You'll need to be in the SGA office for that number of hours per week.
