IDT UDI 8nt added

This adds the IDT 8nt UDI that had previously been removed.

New Nimagen U04 plate and U01v3 update

This release contains the new Nimagen UDI U04 plate and an update to the U01 plate (v3).

Nimagen 8nt configurations for convenience

For those users who need to sequence reads of at least 151 cycles length we created custom configurations for the Nimagen index plates for convenience. Please refer to the README.md for more information.

Added Nimagen U02v2 plate

A new version of the Nimagen U02 plate has been added to allow sequencing with 151,8,8,151 cycles.

New Nimagen Index Plates

The configuration files have been expanded by the new Nimagen index plates U03, U05, U06.

Configuration supporting IEM 1.19.1

IEM 1.19.1 now contains IDT UDI by default. Custom IDT configurations were removed. An error in the Nimagen UDI I5 U02 was fixed.

Initial release

This release contains UDI configurations for

• IDT xGen UDI,
• Nimagen IDX96 UDI,
• Twist Bioscience UDI.

The .zip file provided here contains text files with Windows line endings.
