* `wgpu` API change: `entry_point`s are now optional. * Had to update `wasm-bindgen-test` to keep wasm tests working. * Had to manually adjust `gpu-allocator`’s dep on `windows` to sync with `wgpu` (`cargo update` cannot be told to do this).
