Snappy Playpen Sandpit

The Snappy Playpen is among other things a collection of well-working examples, best-practices and showcase of what snapcraft and friends can do. In this sandpit section of the playpen we want to take a less structured approach and expect less polish. Here we want to get everyone to experiment on their favourite pieces of software and collaborate.

• If you want a snap of software you like, add it here.
• If you have been working on a snap of something and it doesn't quite work yet, add it to the table and see if somebody else is going to pick it up and help you fix it.
• If you're blocked by something on your snapping adventure, add information and maybe even a link a bug report, so we know and can track this together.

There are no hard and fast rules, here are just some thoughts:

1. To get started, fork the upstream project - that'll make your work easy to find and easy to fork by others.
2. A pastebin works too.
3. Using snapcraft cleanbuild helps you figure out the list of build-packages.
4. Talk to people on Gitter or IRC if you need help.
5. If you start working on improving somebody else's snap, feel free to point to your PR, repo, branch or pastebin once yours in a better shape. Send them a quick message!
