Optimal Voter Rewards and Token Inflation

The open research questions include:

• What should the amount of these rewards be?
• Are these rewards are "minted"?
• Can the rewards paid to voters can be adjusted or changed in the future? What does that process look like?
• Should "untruthful" voters and/or non-voters be penalized?
