Binary Classifier. Takes vcf file and corresponding sample disease label as input. Depends on VariantSpark (https://github.com/aehrc/VariantSpark) for feature selection. So far only implemented with Spark ML GBT models for predicition of disease status. Spark 2.4.0 Scala 2.11.0
