Getting started

The development of NETPLAN is hosted on this website. At any one point new feature might be under development, but normal users will always be provided the most recent stable version (called the master branch).
The code can be downloaded from GitHub. Simply visit https://github.com/eibanez/NETPLAN and select Downloads. Several files will be available including the source code, the user manual and examples.
Follow the instructions on the user manual to run the program. For the time being and due to the use of CPLEX libraries, the code can only be used in servers at the ECpE department at Iowa State University.
