S3 Compatible Snowball Edge Release

This tag is of the version of this baseline that can install OpenShift 4 on an S3 compatible Snowball Edge device. This is the newest series of snowball edge devices at the time of this release.

Snowball Edge Compatible

This is a marker in the baseline for supporting the original snowball edge devices. The original snowball edge devices do not have s3 compatible storage. Changes will need to be made to this baseline in support of the new snowball edge devices.
