Unable to run simulator on atlas 6 #9

Looks like something got run with sudo when it shouldn't have, leaving the
.tmp folder locked with administrator permissions. I'll reset the
permissions when the computer is free.

Seems to have reverted itself on restart before I even needed to fix it.
