Unable to run simulator on atlas 6

Encountered the following message:

Could anyone tell me if they successfully ran the simulator after the 6th of May?

Looks like something got run with sudo when it shouldn't have, leaving the .tmp folder locked with administrator permissions. I'll reset the permissions when the computer is free.
