7. Error Reporting
Here's how you can help.
Some users seem to be having an issue when attempting to login that brings them back to the login page.
We are trying to diagnose this issue and ask for anyone with this issue to please go here https://websocketstest.com/ and wait for the test to compile. Once the test is complete, you will receive a Result ID number .
Please copy and paste that to an email to us at [email protected] .
There are multiple ways to do this.

The first is to join the Bugs and Improvements chat channel to discuss issues or improvements with other members and staff (this isn't guaranteed to be seen by the developer).

Or alternatively you can submit a proper report by clicking the Bugs/Feedback link in the top menu and it will open a new page taking you to a Google Form.
Simply fill in the fields on the Google Form and click submit!
Note: every single bug or suggestion submitted on this form is carefully reviewed. You may or may not be contacted regarding your bug or suggestion however rest assured we read them all and take them into consideration.
It is very, very important that you are as descriptive as you possibly can be about exactly what happened the time that the error occurred for us to re-trace and diagnose the issue. Bug Reports such as "Game Froze" or "Cards Lagging" without additional information are instantly deleted as we are unable to re-create the issue.

| One thing we ask you to do if you come across a bug or issue is to open up your Chrome console to view the errors that may have occurred . To do this, simply right click on your page and choose "Inspect" from the menu, then click console |  |

| Please copy and paste any red text in that area into your bug report - This is a great help for us to pinpoint the issue and fix it immediately. | Thanks 🙏 |
| If you don't see any red text, please try clicking and holding the refresh button, emptying cache and hard reloading. |

| Once you have done that, please retrace your steps that caused the error to occur in the first place and try to make it happen again to produce the error in the console. | This may take a couple attempts |
| If you are not seeing any red text, unfortunately the issue may be something else and we will need to investigate it thoroughly, which is when you need to be as descriptive as possible. | Tells us about what you clicked, what you typed, and what happened ( don't forget to situate where the things are happening aswell) And tell it in the order it happened. |
