The Casperlabs Signer is a browser extension that allows users to create and store their keys in a secure vault. As the name suggests those stored keys can then be used to sign deploys such as Transfers, and Delegations all in the browser.
Install the Signer from the Chrome Web Store here.
Once installed you'll start by creating your vault. Use a strong password - guidance is provided in the helper beside the text box. Next you can either Create or Import an account.
From the home page click on the Create Account button at the bottom. Fill out the form:
- Enter a name which acts as a friendly alias for the keypair.
- Select an algorithm from the drop-down.
Finally click on Create to submit the form and create the account.
