Some notes before use:

  • Use of the "Record Details" feature requires that the user you're logged in as is API enabled. Fields that you do not have FLS access to will not show up in the results.
  • Grey Tab uses the salesforce API, and each use of the "Record Details" functionality will generate between one to three API calls (depending on how much metadata is cached).
  • Chrome does not allow changing the user-agent header, so use of Grey Tab will show up as your chrome UA in API use reports.
