This PR extends the fiveg_rfsim interface according to the TE126 - Orchestrating network configuration between the Core and the RAN specification.
This interface is only used internally between the DUs (Distributed Unit) and the UEs (User equipment) to orchestrate network configuration for the Charmed Aether SD-Core.
