Next major milestone = paper. Deadline = 1st September. Journal = MNRAS.

Steps: 0. Initialise technical setup - Register website name (Diederik) - Get web server up and running (Leonardo)

1. Alpha testers (Steve to coordinate requesting and getting feedback)
   • ask for feedback by 1st June
   • telecon in the week of the 15th June http://doodle.com/yc5qb545t9igacfz
2. Beta testers (Jim to coordinate weekly status report on feedback)
   • send request 1st July
   • depending on alpha tester feedback, begin presenting this to wider community (e.g. Jim present this at IAU ~ mid August, Diederik talk in Heidelberg in July, Steve & Jim present in Zermatt.)
3. Implement code changes (everyone! will be assigned via github)
4. Write paper (Adam to lead, authorea/overleaf linked to github)
