Agenda

• APIs that are going to be used will be discussed.
• The backend framework and the database that is going to be used for the implementation will be discussed.
• Database decision.
• What will be the endpoints?
• Usage of Docker and its contribution to our deployment.

Discussion

• The current progress of the API development and Milestone 2 is discussed.
• Erdinç demonstrated the API he found. (eBay, Google)
• Due to the fewer number of APIs found related to the project, it is decided that we can use an API that is not related to our main project, directly. (ie COVID-19, Exchange Rates, Wheather Condition, ...)
• Steps of our implementation are discussed. (implementation of routes, unit tests, front-end, deploy, ...)
• 11 endpoints are decided to be implemented and distributed.
• Koray is going to create the main files and folders of our practice-app. (routes, DB connection, and unit test sample)
• MongoDB is decided to be used for practice-app.
