Awesome! Thank you very much! On the test.html page in the project root, the header and footer text is shifting to the right when fixed. I need to correct that before I merge this in. I will look into it as soon as I get a chance. Thanks again! |

This contains the fix from #120 but also JSHint / JSLint fixes, and updates everything to use a consistent version of jQuery, where the demos were using 1.9 but the tests were using an ancient 1.4.
