Installing AzureNetQ

AzureNetQ is on NuGet, so to install...

PM> Install-Package AzureNetQ

Please note that the scheduler and future publish capabilities are in development and not yet supported

To use FuturePublish you should also install AzureNetQ.Scheduler.exe. Get the source code and build AzureNetQ.Scheduler. At a command prompt in the directory that contains the AzureNetQ.Scheduler.exe type:

AzureNetQ.Scheduler.exe install
Add a custom footer
