- removed finesse requirement from Defensive Duelist feat
- replaced STR damage bonus on Bow Mastery and Crossbow Mastery feats with DEX weapon bonus, all bows/cross get it
KNOWN ISSUES:
- Artillerist Force Ballista tiny cannon doesn't force attack DIS within 5 ft
- Artillerist Fortified Position medium cannon doesn't grant buff to self
- Chaos Bolt, and Wither and Bloom don't behave well under multiplayer [first one crashes, second one doubles the damage]
